The role in a nutshell:

Share your time in one of our volunteer roles, either directly supporting or contributing to Age UK South Gloucestershire's work with and for the older people who need us most. We’ll share with you the volunteer roles currently available and you can select which one best matches how you’d like to give your time.

What will you be doing?

Depending on the volunteer role you select, you may become a Befriender, an Information & Advice Volunteer or Benefits Advisor, Wellbeing Companion, Digital Inclusion Champion, Welcome Home Volunteer, Activity Day Centre Volunteer, Improving Homes & Wellbeing Volunteer, Fundraising Volunteer or Walking Group Volunteer.

How would you be supported in this role?

In addition to providing you any relevant training for the role, we will also provide you with check-ins, guidance and key contacts to ensure you are best supported as a volunteer.
