This role is based at the Townfield Community Centre.

The role in a nutshell:

In this role, you'll be a vital source of support and information for those in need, helping them navigate various challenges and find the resources they require.

What will you be doing?

-Offering a warm welcome to clients and listening to their concerns
-Providing clear and accurate information on a range of topics
-Helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions
-Signposting to relevant services and resources
-Keeping up-to-date with the latest information to ensure the best advice is  given
-Working with a fantastic team of volunteers and staff to make a real  difference

How would you be supported in this role?

-We will make sure that you receive appropriate training for the role and that  you have the support of a member of staff

-We offer a range of benefits to our volunteers and will also cover agreed out-  of-pocket expenses

As part of the recruitment process, this position requires a DBS check and two satisfactory references.
