The role in a nutshell:

We’re seeking a Volunteer PAT Tester to work across our two charity shops; based in Hayes and Ruislip. You will be helping us check and prepare donated electrical items for resale.

What will you be doing?

If you have no experience it is not a problem, as we will provide full training and all the necessary equipment. All we need from you is enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn. 

 

• Test electrical donations for safety and functionality 
• Ensure items meet required safety standards 
• Help us generate vital funds by making more donated goods available for sale

How would you be supported in this role?

• We will make sure that you receive appropriate training for the role and that you have the support of a member of staff

• We offer a range of benefits to our volunteers and will also cover agreed out-of-pocket expenses
